When an agent recruits another agent to JMG, they will have the opportunity to participate in our Shared Revenue Plan. The plan will consist of receiving a portion of the closing commissions when the agent that they referred closes the transaction.

Each time an Agent Joins that you refer to Join JMG you will earn money for the rest of their career at JMG

5% Per File

Receive 5% of each closing your agents bring in. Example: a $800k Listing at 2.5% would pay you $1,000.

No Limits

Our average agent closes over 30 transactions per year. You could earn 6 figures recruiting just 10 Agents
